Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work at HumanVerse.

• 7 days to request a return

  You can raise a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

• Tags must stay on

  The item must be returned with all original tags still attached and intact. Items with removed tags are not eligible.

• Unworn and unwashed

  Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — free of stains, odours, or signs of use.

• We review, then approve

  Once we receive your item, our team inspects it. After it passes review and is approved, we refund you to your original payment method — typically within 5–7 business days.
